We have added compliance and supervisory (review) into the workflow with our latest software release to expand the purview of audit, risk, and compliance management.
Apart from Audit, we have a new category called Supervisory (for Supervisory Reviews). The Compliance has now got its own menu and a separate home. Activity will now be known as Project.
New custom attributes like Review Types, Severity Scales, and Rating Scales have been added in the Settings. This feature is available to the Subscriber Admins. Review Types enable additional classifications for Audit, Compliance, Supervisory, and Project. A Severity Scale indicates how serious a Finding is when added to an Audit, Compliance, Supervisory, or Project. A Rating Scale is used to determine varying grades or levels while closing an Audit, Compliance, Supervisory, or Project. You can have more than one Rating Scale parameter, and each Rating Scale Parameter can have more than one Rating Scale option.
We now support adding multiple Vendors into workflow apart from Business Units. Multiple vendors can now work with an internal team. While adding or editing any user, you can link them to Business Units and Vendors.
In a major overhaul of the Program Management feature, the meta ‘Frequency’ for Programs is no longer required. Instead, we define a custom period. Business Units are no longer attached to a Program; rather, you link those to audit, compliance, supervisory, and project as appropriate. The Program Dashboard has been enhanced accordingly.
