The data is located in US-based Type IV data centers of LiquidWeb and Rackspace with primary and backup facilities in geographically diverse locations. Your data will always remain in the US-based
servers only.
You own and control all your data. You have complete flexibility to back up and export it anytime. We will never share it with anyone unless you request it in writing.
Your data is encrypted while in transmission using SSL and in storage using a variety of algorithms. It is protected by firewalls and we have state of art intrusion detection mechanisms.

FAQs
BCube owns the product and intellectual property of the RegStacker. As a customer, you are free to use and customize the product according to your needs. You own and control all your data.
Yes, you can. After you buy the license, BCube’s engineers will install the product in your data center environment and will hand over the Admin login to start using the product. The process may take days to weeks, depending on the custom requirements from your side. Please note that you are responsible for setting up the server environment for installation as per BCube’s product requirements.
